It&#8217;s about Honokaa town&#8217;s Western Week Celebration which consists of a number of events including a block party and parade, highlighted by a weekend of rodeo fun. The film captures the major events from the 2017 celebration and presents the viewer with some historic information on the origins of Honokaa&#8217;s Western Week and cowboy culture on Hawaii Island.
